The top of this bridal hairstyle looks very refined and unique. The bride has multiple small parts of her fine hair sectioned off and grouped together with a slight corn-row look; and then several very little ornaments added to the crown.
It's not really a half-up style even though it shares basic hair design elements with many of the best half updos, including the way her hair is prominently swept to one side across her forehead.
Even though she has her mid-length hair down, it may actually look better if it were up at the back. If you like the basics of this style, you could ask your bridal hairstylist when you do your wedding hair trial to experiment with both looks, and see which you prefer.
