with elegant ideas for glamorous styling of their
hair on special occasions for about six years.
Elegant Hairstyles, following a full makeover in April and May 2008, now has eleven
related main sections: 1) wedding hairstyles; 2) bridal hair designs; 3) prom
hairstyles; 4) formal hairstyles; 5) Asian and Black hairstyles; 6) red carpet hairstyles; 7) party

the left. Altogether there are about 280
glamorous hair pictures; you’re welcome to view
any or all of them. You can easily move from picture to picture in each directory, and then on to the next celebrity hairstyle directory if necessary. All the pics are at the top of the page to enable faster viewing.
Except for the wedding hairstyles, all the hairstyles images on this site are celebrity hairstyles. The photos are the kind you see in weekly celeb magazines and monthly mags like InStyle magazine. They are pics of the stars all dressed up at the big Hollywood events, such as movie premieres, award shows, galas, balls and other posh formal events.
Wedding Hairstyles
The recently updated wedding section has 100
pictures of excellent wedding hairstyles. Many of
these are modern brides with classic updos as
well as wedding tiaras. You'd be hard-pressed to

Bridal Beauty Magazine
Modern Bride, the popular wedding
magazine, put out a special issue called Modern
Bride: Beauty and Fitness. Its issue for
Winter 2006 and Spring 2007 had a large section
of 75+ terrific hairstyles some of which were
hairdos of celebrities, but most were brides. It's
not a massive magazine like regular bridal
magazines, but it's still pretty decent at 132
pages. As you would expect, the photography is
excellent.
The magazine may not still put out this beauty
issue each year, but keep your eyes open for it.

Finally, if you are planning a formal event, and don't need hairstyles pictures today, consider picking up a new book entitled Red Carpet: 20 Years of Fame and Fashion by Frank Trapper. It is a huge book full of nothing but pictures of celebrities in their stunning gowns and posh hairstyles. In all there are nearly one thousand pics. It's not quite as thick as a phone book, but it could be the largest collection of printed color photos of Hollywood stars ever published. (It is by a celebrity photographer.) It's an elegant coffee table book with a special velvety red cover that looks similar to a red carpet.
Hairstyles DVDs for Weddings
Martin Parsons is one of the few sources that offers education DVDs for wedding hairstyles. These are sold online including on eBay. The wedding collection is at least three videos.
In the unlikely event you don't find any hair style that you like on this site among over 150 of them, you may find something on another hair site advertised at the top of this homepage.
